Experiences
I am an experienced HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist, with over 7 years of experience working in a broad range of settings within the NHS (Primary and Secondary care for adults, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services), and Higher Education Institutions.
I have experience working with adults and young people with a wide range of concerns. These have included:

My primary way of working is to integrate a combination of therapeutic approaches regardless of symptoms or diagnoses. The use of approach is collaboratively decided with you, aiming to meet your need and depending on the stage of therapy.
Having worked in different countries and settings allow me to tailor my practice and work sensitively with clients from different cultural, ethnic, racial and societal backgrounds.

Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision to trainee psychologists or clinicians who integrate different theoretical models in their work. I have a particular interest in CBT, Psychodynamic informed and integrative approach.

Workshop
I have experience running various talks and workshops for university students and community-based groups. Workshops to date have been focusing on psychoeducation on common mental health problems.

All sessions last 50 minutes, all appointments take place online.
Payment method: Bank transfer (Payment required in advance of sessions to secure the slot)
Please note: Sessions cancelled with more than 72 hours notice will not be charged for. We regret that where less than 72 hours cancellation notice is provided, the session will always be charged at the full rate, irrespective of the reason.

I endeavour to respond to all enquires within 1 week. I offer a free 15-minute consultation before booking an initial assessment. There is no obligation to continue therapy sessions beyond the initial appointment. The frequency and length of therapy varies from person to person, depending on individual needs, which will be agreed collaboratively and reviewed on a regular basis.
